Q: I can't get a ActiveX game to work?
A: This is a real pain for anyone who is not using Internet Explorer and
Windows. ActiveX will not work in firefox or opera or any other browser.
Unfortuantly certain business, non-profit and military bases disable ActiveX,
try using a proxy site e.g:
http://www.anon-proxy.com however we advise you that this only works around
25% of the time since ActiveX is generally blocked via the computer rather than
the IP.
Q: When I click the Play Online button nothing seems to happen
A: You are using a tool-bar initiated ad
blocking program that is mistakenly conflicting with our popup games windows.
This can be easily sorted by clicking 'temporarily allow pop-ups from this
site'
If this does not work then your pop-up blocked is not tool-bar initiated and
you must manually go and switch it off.
Q: The games are running slow on my windows personal computer?
A: Ok this can be attributed to a host of reasons:
Your computer maybe using too much of its CPU, try shutting all other active
programs and clearing out any unnecessary files from your hard-drive.
Also make-sure you are maintaining your computer well: run a defrag and a
virus checker!
Next common problem is the display of colours:
Check your color setting by going to your windows
CP, double-left-click on the 'display' icon, from there- properties
screen and select the 'settings' tab at the top and you will see a pull-down box
for you to check your colour settings in: 16bit or 8bit is preferable, anything
lower will make your games run slower!
Q: The games are running slow on my Apple Mac
A: Older Macs run our games better than windows or the new Macs. The newest
Macs using Java 2 and JVM cause us constant errors. Try using a different
machiene since not all Macs behave to our games in the same way. Also try using
different games since we have run many tests and get different results each
time. :(
Q: I have Linux/UNIX system. Can I play the games?

systems
